Refund Policy

At LitLifeLessons, we strive to provide the best educational support for your student(s). We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as we can. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellations and Rescheduling:
  • 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with 24-hour notice will be eligible for rescheduling without penalty.

  • Less than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at our discretion.

Refunds:
  • Unused Sessions: If you have purchased a package of sessions, have more than 2 remaining and wish to discontinue tutoring, we will refund the cost of any unused sessions. Please provide written notice of your intent to cancel.

  • Used Sessions: Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions.

No-Show Policy:
  • If a student does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

Emergency Situations:
  • We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations.

Refund Process:
  • Refund requests should be submitted in writing via email to sarah@litlifelessons.com.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
